The Langham is hosting a “Farm to Table” dinner showcasing beer from Craftsman Brewing Company based in Pasadena, Calif. Chef de Cuisine Erik Schuster of The Terrace restaurant will present a five course tasting menu paired with different Craftsman beers such as 1903 Lager , Heavenly Hefe, Sour Grapes, Oktoberfest, Triple White Sage, Rest in Peace, among others. Chef Schuster will also use the beers in his cooking and preparation of the dishes.

Throughout the dinner, Chef Schuster and Brewer Mark Jilg of Craftsman Brewing Company will explain the characteristics of each dish and beer pairing. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception in the hotel’s Lobby Lounge at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. in The Terrace. The dinner is $95 per person including beer pairings.
